# Questions about an agreement

#### Will you provide an agreement for the provision and payment of services? {#oferta}

In Yandex Cloud, all services are subject to an agreement. You enter this agreement by accepting the offer when creating your [billing account](../concepts/billing-account.md) or by direct bilateral signing.

#### Is it an option to have a bilateral agreement? {#contract}

Businesses may conclude a bilateral agreement. For this, submit a request via the [form](https://yandex.cloud/en/#contact-form). A Yandex Cloud manager will contact you to discuss the terms. This may take about 14 days.


#### How do I reference a signed agreement? {#refer-to-contract}


The agreement is comprised of _Legal documents_. Depending on which company you signed the agreement with, you can find more details in _Yandex Legal documents_ for [Iron Hive doo Beograd (Serbia)](https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_customer_agreement/) or [Direct Cursus Technology L.L.C. (Dubai)](https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_customer_agreement_uae/). Specify the agreement number and a link to _Legal documents_ or enclose their printed copy.


#### How do I get a hard copy of the agreement? {#paper-contract}
