# [Yandex DataLens] Data source is unavailable

`ERR.DS_API.DATABASE_UNAVAILABLE`

The database data source is not available.

The possible causes might include the following:
- Network failures.
- No access from the DataLens server to the source network.
- The source has been disconnected.
- The source needs to be fine-tuned.
