# Viewing function scaling settings

- Management console {#console}

    1. In the [management console](https://console.yandex.cloud), navigate to the folder containing the function.
    1. Navigate to **Cloud Functions**.
    1. Select the function.
    1. Under **Version history**, hover over the tag (e.g., ![image](../../../_assets/console-icons/gear.svg) `$latest`) of the function version whose scaling settings you want to view.
    1. The following scaling settings will be displayed in a pop-up window:
        * **zone_instances_limit**: Number of function instances per availability zone.
        * **zone_requests_limit**: Number of concurrent function calls per availability zone.
        * **provisioned_instances_count**: Number of provisioned instances.

- CLI {#cli}

    If you do not have the Yandex Cloud CLI yet, [install and initialize it](../../../cli/quickstart.md#install).

    The folder used by default is the one specified when [creating](../../../cli/operations/profile/profile-create.md) the CLI profile. To change the default folder, use the `yc config set folder-id <folder_ID>` command. You can also specify a different folder for any command using `--folder-name` or `--folder-id`. If you access a resource by its name, the search will be limited to the default folder. If you access a resource by its ID, the search will be global, i.e., through all folders based on access permissions.

    To view scaling settings, run this command:

    ```bash
    yc serverless function list-scaling-policies --id=<function_ID>
    ```

    Where `--id` is the function ID. To find out the ID, [get](function-list.md) the list of functions.

    Result:

    ```text

    To view scaling settings, use the [listScalingPolicies](../../functions/api-ref/Function/listScalingPolicies.md) REST API method for the [Function](../../functions/api-ref/Function/index.md) resource or the [FunctionService/ListScalingPolicies](../../functions/api-ref/grpc/Function/listScalingPolicies.md) gRPC API call.
