# Getting started with Yandex Cloud Marketplace

Cloud Marketplace offers out-of-the-box solutions for development, data analysis, security, business apps, and more. Cloud Marketplace products are available to all Yandex Cloud users.

## Getting started {#before-you-begin}

Sign up for Yandex Cloud and create a [billing account](../../../billing/concepts/billing-account.md):

1. Navigate to the [management console](https://console.yandex.cloud) and log in to Yandex Cloud or create a new account.
1. On the **[Yandex Cloud Billing](https://center.yandex.cloud/billing/accounts)** page, check that you have a linked billing account with the `ACTIVE` status. If you do not have a billing account, [create one](../../../billing/quickstart/index.md) and [link](../../../billing/operations/pin-cloud.md) a cloud to it.
1. On the [cloud page](https://console.yandex.cloud/cloud), [create](../../../resource-manager/operations/folder/create.md) or select a [folder](../../../resource-manager/concepts/resources-hierarchy.md#folder) your Cloud Marketplace solution will operate in.

## Marketplace product support {#support}

Marketplace products are supported by the developer. If you have any issues, contact the developer’s support team and refer to their information resources.

The support terms and options vary by product. For details, see **Technical support** on the product page.

Yandex Cloud does not provide technical support for third-party products published on Marketplace. Paid support pricing does not include the cost of Marketplace products. See [this example of cost calculation](../../../support/pricing.md#business-example-one-ba-cvos).
