# Deleting a widget from a dashboard

To delete a widget:

1. Open the [service home page](https://monitoring.yandex.cloud).
1. Select **Dashboards** in the left pane of the window.
1. Click ![image](../../../_assets/console-icons/ellipsis.svg) next to the dashboard and select **Edit**.
1. In the top-right corner of the widget to delete, click ![image](../../../_assets/console-icons/xmark.svg).
1. Click **Save**.
