# Managing an account on the My account portal

What you can do on the [_My account_](../concepts/my-account.md) portal depends on your account type:

## Viewing attributes {#view-profile}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/passport.svg) **Profile**.
  1. Under **Profile data**, you will see your account’s attributes.

## Updating attributes {#edit-profile}

Updating attributes requires permission from the pool administrator.

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/passport.svg) **Profile**.
  1. Click ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/person-pencil.svg) **Edit**.
  1. Edit the first name, last name, contact details, and organization details.
  1. Click **Save**.

## Changing a password {#edit-password}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/shield.svg) **Login and security**.
  1. Under **Login methods**, click ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/pencil.svg) **Change**.
  1. Enter your current password and enter the new one twice.
  1. Click **Save password**.

## Managing login authentication methods {#manage-mfa}

To manage login authentication methods, a user must be added to the [MFA policy](../concepts/mfa.md).

### Adding a login authentication method {#mfa-add}

Before using WebAuthn for login authentication, make sure your browser and OS are supported. To check compatibility, refer to the [table of supported configurations](../concepts/mfa.md#webauthn-support).

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/shield.svg) **Login and security**.
  1. Under **Login confirmation**, click **Add authentication method**.
  1. Select the login authentication method you need.

### Deleting a login authentication method {#mfa-delete}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/shield.svg) **Login and security**.
  1. Under **Login confirmation**, you will see your login authentication methods and their last use dates.
  1. Click ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/trash-bin.svg) **Delete** next to the relevant login authentication method.

## Viewing sessions {#view-sessions}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/shield.svg) **Login and security**.
  1. Navigate to the **Your devices** tab.

      This will open a list of [sessions](../concepts/sessions.md) with the following information about the applications and devices used to sign in to the Yandex Identity Hub account:

      * [User-Agent](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_agent) ID of the device used to sign in to the account.
      * Last sign-in time.
      * IP address of last sign-in.

## Terminating sessions {#end-sessions}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/shield.svg) **Login and security**.
  1. Navigate to the **Your devices** tab.

      This will open a list of [sessions](../concepts/sessions.md) with information about the applications and devices used to sign in to the Yandex Identity Hub account.
  1. To terminate a session:

      In the row with the session you want to terminate, click ![arrow-right-from-square](../../_assets/console-icons/arrow-right-from-square.svg) **Log out** and confirm this action in the window that opens.

      As a result, the user will cease to have access to services that use Yandex Identity Hub as an identity provider from the selected device. To resume access, the user will have to re-authenticate in Yandex Identity Hub.
  1. To terminate all sessions:

      1. In the top-right corner, click ![arrow-right-from-square](../../_assets/console-icons/arrow-right-from-square.svg) **Log out everywhere**.
      1. In the window that opens:

          * Select `Do not log out on this device` and click **Log out** to terminate all sessions except the current one.

              As a result, the user will cease to have access to services that use Yandex Identity Hub as an identity provider from all devices except the current one.
          * Select `Log out on all devices` and click **Log out** to terminate all sessions including the current one.

              As a result, the user will cease to have access to services that use Yandex Identity Hub as an identity provider from all devices including the current one.

      To resume access, the user will have to re-authenticate in Yandex Identity Hub.

## Deleting refresh tokens {#delete-refresh-token}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/shield.svg) **Login and security**.
  1. Navigate to the **Refresh tokens** tab.
  1. You will see all the applications you added [refresh tokens](../../iam/concepts/authorization/refresh-token.md) for.
  1. Click ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/trash-bin.svg) next to the application whose refresh token you want to delete.
  1. To delete all refresh tokens, click ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/trash-bin.svg) **Delete all tokens**.

## Viewing groups {#view-groups}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/persons.svg) **Groups**.
  1. On the **My groups** page, you will see all your groups and their IDs.

## Viewing logs {#view-logs}

  1. Go to the [My account](https://myaccount.yandex.cloud/) portal.
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![alt](../../_assets/console-icons/clock.svg) **Activity**.
  1. The page that opens will show your audit [logs](../concepts/logs.md).
  1. Click an entry to view more details about the event.

     You can use also use filters at the top of the page to find the logs you need.
