# Create an account

To create a customer account:

- Partner portal {#partner}

  1. Go to the [partner portal](https://partners.yandex.cloud/).
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![icon](../../_assets/console-icons/persons.svg) **Accounts**.
  1. In the top-right corner, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/plus.svg) **Create account**.
  1. In the window that opens:
     1. In the **Country** list, select the country the company is registered in.
     1. In the **INN/BIN/TIN** field, enter the company ID.

        If registered in the Russian Federation, select the company from the list. For companies from other countries, fill out the **Company name**, **Legal address**, and **Mailing address** fields.

     1. Optionally, in the **Description** field, provide additional information about the customer. Click ![icon](../../_assets/console-icons/ellipsis.svg) to see available formatting tools.
  1. Click **Create**. The customer account will appear on the **Accounts** page.
