# Filtering a list of entities

On the [Partner portal](https://partners.yandex.cloud/), in sections containing lists of entities, a partner can filter the lists based on entity parameters. You can save filters as tabs in these sections.

Filtering is available in the following sections:

* **Accounts**
* **Subaccounts**
* **Finance** → **Co-marketing**
* **Deals**
* **Activities**

## Creating a filter {#create-filter}

To create a filter for a list of deals:

1. Click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/plus.svg) **Filter**.
1. Select the parameter by which you want to filter the list.
1. In the window that opens, configure the parameter and click **Apply**.
1. To add another parameter, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/plus.svg) **Filter** again and repeat the first three steps.

The filter parameters are saved in the current link to the partner portal.

## Saving a filter {#save-filter}

To save a filter and use it as an additional tab on the page listing the deals:

1. Click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/plus.svg) **Filter**.
1. Select the parameter by which you want to filter the list.
1. In the window that opens, configure the parameter and click **Apply**.
1. To add another parameter, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/plus.svg) **Filter** again and repeat the first three steps.
1. Once you have configured your filtering options, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/floppy-disk.svg) **Save as**.
1. In the window that opens, specify a name for the tab and click **Save**.

A new tab with configured filtering parameters will appear in the **Deals** section.

## Deleting a filter tab {#delete-filter}

To delete a filter tab:

1. Navigate to the tab you want to delete.
1. Click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/trash-bin.svg) **Delete** in the filter settings area.

## Customizing filter tabs {#configure-filters}

If you have added additional tabs to the **Deals** section apart from the main **All deals** tab, you can customize their display by reordering, renaming, or deleting them. Follow these steps:

Click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/gear.svg). This will open the window where you can edit your saved filters.

   * To reorder the tabs, hold down ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/grip.svg) and drag them to the required position.
   * To rename a tab, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/pencil-to-square.svg), enter a new name, and click **Save**.
   * To delete a tab, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/trash-bin.svg) and confirm the deletion.
