# Submitting a presale request

To submit a presale request:

- Partner portal {#partner}

  1. Log in to the [partner portal](https://partners.yandex.cloud/).
  1. In the left-hand panel, select ![icon](../../_assets/console-icons/wrench.svg) **Partner tools**.
  1. Click the **Presale request form** link.
  1. Complete the form and click **Submit**. A customer manager will contact you within three business days.
