# How to change the billing account properties

You need to change your billing account properties, such as specify a different destination address for closing documents.

You can change the payer details yourself in the [**Yandex Balance**](https://balance.yandex.ru) **Payers** section.

## If nothing helped {#if-nothing-worked}

If the above actions did not help, [create a support ticket](https://center.yandex.cloud/support). Provide the following information in your ticket:

1. Billing account ID: You can find this ID on the [page with the billing account details](https://center.yandex.cloud/billing/accounts).
1. Payer details to change (taxpayer identification number, email, or company name).
