# How to get an original of the agreement

You need to obtain the original copy of your agreement with Yandex Cloud, stamped and signed.

## Solution {#case-resolution}

An agreement is provided as an [offer](https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_oferta/?lang=en).

Stating the agreement number when using the link or the printed version of the offer fully matches the legal status of the signed service agreement under Article 435 of the Russian Civil Code.

If you still need the original copy, you can request it via [this form](https://yandex.cloud/en#contact-form). A Yandex Cloud manager will contact you to discuss the terms. This process will take about 14 days.
