# Fixing the `balance.WRONG.ACCOUNT` error



## Issue description {#issue-description}

When registering a billing account, you get the `balance.WRONG.ACCOUNT` or `balance.WRONG_BIK` error.

## Solution {#issue-resolution}

You get this error because your account number does not match the bank RCBIC, or the account number you entered contains an incorrect checksum.

Check the bank RCBIC and account number using [this website](https://www.iban.ru/proverka-scheta).

## If the issue persists {#if-issue-still-persists}

If the above actions did not help, [create a support ticket](https://center.yandex.cloud/support). Provide the following information in your ticket:

1. Billing account ID.
1. Bank RCBIC.
1. Account number.
