# Can resources be deleted in case of non-payment?



## Issue description {#issue-description}

You need to find out when and why user files and clouds are deleted and how long they are stored.

## Solution {#issue-resolution}

According to Clause 11.5.1 of the [Offer](https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_oferta/?lang=en), Yandex ensures the storage of the Customer's information and Content hosted on the Platform's resources:

* For Business accounts: Within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of suspension of the Customer's access to the Services for reasons related to the Customer's non-compliance with the terms and conditions of payment for the Services, or from the expiration date of the Trial period.
* For Personal accounts: Within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of suspension of the Customer's access to the Services for reasons related to the Customer's non-compliance with the terms and conditions of payment for the Services, or from the expiration date of the Trial period.
* Within seven (7) calendar days from the date of suspension of the Customer's access to the Services for reasons related to the Customer's non-compliance with other terms of the Agreement.

Upon the expiration of the foregoing periods, if the Customer fails to remedy the violations that resulted in the suspension of access to the Services, Yandex shall have the right to designate the information and Content hosted on the Platform's resources as subject to deletion and to delete such information and Content along with the Platform's resources within 72 hours.
