# Resolving the `ILLEGAL_REQUEST_CONTRACT` error when generating a payment invoice


## Issue description {#issue-description}

When trying to generate an invoice on the page with the billing account details, you get the `ILLEGAL_REQUEST_CONTRACT` error.

To resolve this issue, [create a support ticket](https://center.yandex.cloud/support). Provide the following information in your ticket:

1. Billing account ID:  You can find it on the [page with your billing account details](https://center.yandex.cloud/billing/accounts).
1. Full text of the error message.
1. [HAR file](../../../support/create-har.md) with the recorded communications between the browser and Yandex Cloud servers when trying to generate an invoice.
