# Billing account has the `PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED` status



## Issue description {#issue-description}

* The billing account has the `PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED` status.
* You cannot use the billing account and create new resources in the cloud linked to it.

## Solution {#issue-resolution}

The `PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED` status means that you need to confirm your billing account.

Email the following documents to [cloud_docs@support.yandex.ru](mailto:cloud_docs@support.yandex.ru):
   * Copy of the minutes or resolution on the appointment of the general director.
   * [Billing account](../../../billing/concepts/billing-account.md#billing-account-id) ID.

Once your documents have been verified, you can activate your billing account and start using Yandex Cloud.

If the above actions did not help, [create a support ticket](https://center.yandex.cloud/support). Provide the following information in your ticket:


1. ID of the billing account that has the `PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED` status.  You can find it on the [page with your billing account details](https://center.yandex.cloud/billing/accounts).
1. Issue description.
