## Deleting a private connection {#priv-del}

To delete an existing private connection from a trunk, create a [new support ticket](https://center.yandex.cloud/support).

### Contacting support to delete a private connection from a trunk {#priv-ticket}

Follow this request format:

Subject: [CIC] Deleting a private connection from a trunk.

Request text:
Please delete a private connection from a trunk.

trunk_id: euus5dfgchu23b******
prc_id: cf3qdug4fsf737******
```

Where:

* `trunk_id`: ID of the trunk where you created your private connection.
* `prc_id`: ID of your private connection you want to delete.

### Support team's response to your ticket {#priv-ticket-resp}

Support will notify you when your private connection has been deleted.

Support response example:

The cf3qdug4fsf737****** private connection was successfully deleted
from the euus5dfgchu23b****** trunk.
```
